FRUIT PRESERVES

  • 2 cups Fruit

  • 1 cup Sweetener

Simmer over low heat until liquid formed then stir on medium heat until syrup is formed, then chill.

VEGAN SAUSAGE

  • 2 cups of Quick Oats

  • 2 tbs Milled flax-seed

  • 1 tsp Sausage Seasoning

  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil

  • 3 tbs Barbecue Sauce

Mix 2 tbs flax-seed with 4 tbs water  add to oats seasonings, mix in oil and Barbecue Sauce, add water to make mixture moist.

Cut disc and bake at 350

or Air Fryer

WHOLE WHEAT BISCUITS

Bake at 350 Degrees

  • 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour

  • 4 tbs Honey

  • 2 tbs Baking Powder

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 cup Olive Oil

  • 1/2 cup Water

SCRAMBLED TOFU

  • Sliced & diced peppers, onion, tomato, & spinach

  • Saute in Olive Oil

  • Thin slice drained firm tofu- stir in turmeric & curry

  • Add to sauteed vegetables

  • Saute until liquid is evaporated

  • Add vegan cheese if desired

APPLE CIDER

VINEGAR TEA

  • 2 tbs Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Add Sweetener to taste

  • 8-12 oz of hot water
